A superior beam quality allows the FabPro to cut and engrave quickly. Upgradable to 130W
FabPro can be equipped with a mini touch PC which means you can load and prepare files directly on the machine. Ideal for a production shop.
Equipped with all the essential safety features to ensure your safety. The FabPro is a Class 1 Laser product.
Lighting fast accelration with no more lost steps, whisper quiet motion, the FabPro comes with Teknic servos .
The FabPro is powered by LightBurn. A laser cutting preparation software light years ahead of the competition.
LightBurn comes pre-installed on the integrated computer as well as receiving a key-code for an additional computer.
The FabPro provides the option to switch between a variation of focal lengths and offset distances to ensure perfect results.
The FabPro is designed to be used by all.
With a simple control pannel you can jog, load files and cut all from the machine its self.
Thanks to the integrated PC, you can load files from the cloud or USB stick, just import the image or vector file, enter the settings and get cutting!
The machine can be operated fully from Lightburn on the PC or jobs can be run from the controller.
A high quality linear motion system ensures the FabPro is built to last
Power outage? Restart were you left off.
Pause or open the door and the FabPro will stop. Normally your job would be ruined however thanks to the smart firmware the FabCore will jump back slightly and recut/engrave to make sure nothing was missed.
Being able to see what going on inside your machine might seem like an obvious feature, however to our surprise LED lighting is not a common feature for CO2 lasers.
A clear and concise check list is built in to the FabPro, nicely reminding you to double check the important aspects of operating a CO2 laser
Large curved door provides plenty of vision into the machine.
The door is tinited as the cutting process can be quite bright.
Combined with two gas struts you don't have to worry about the door closing on your head!
Removing the smoke generated from laser cutting is really important. The FabPro is designed to have fast flowing air under the cutting grid which will quickly sweep away any smoke generated from the cutting process.
The FabPro has and autofocus sensor on the laser head. Simply jog over the material and set focus. The FabPro will do the rest ensureing a perfect focal point.
Passthough, passunder, 4th Axis, interchangable beds and room for auto loaders the FabPro has many options to explore.
The FabPro uses a ultra quiet constant flow compressor to provide high volume constant air flow to help with the cutting process and keep the optics clean. The compressor is also enabled/disabled with the cutting jobs to future help with noise reduction.
The FabPro laser bed can be lifted out easily, simply unlock the bed and roll it out, enabling you to keep the machine running whilst removing parts and prepping the next job.
The FabPro integrates a visible red laser with the invisible 100W CO2 laser. This provides a visible path for the CO2 laser. Making it easier to align the CO2 laser with your work piece.
A mechanical E-Stop breaks power to the machine ensuring should something go wrong you always have a clear and straightforward way to shut down the machine.
The tri colour led contiunasly informs you of the lasers current status,
Red; The laser cannot operate because the door is open, or the chiller is off.
Green; The laser is ready to operate. door is closed and chiller is running.
Orange; The laser is currently firing. This will flicker on and off as and when the laser fires.
To ensure the laser cannot fire with the door open it is important to monitor the state of the door: open or closed. Like all FabCreator machines the FabPro uses two sensors to check the door is closed.
While not a requirement for a Class 2 lasers we like to incorporate key switches into FabCreator machines in order to provide an extra level of control over the machine.
Laser cutters are tools not toys, improper use can lead to fire, disabling and removing the key allows everything apart from the laser to work. A great feature for community spaces and schools who might not want unauthorised use of the machine.
DC CO2 lasers need to be cooled, running a laser without cooling will damage the laser, reducing its lifespan. To ensure the laser cannot be run without the chiller the chiller is incorporated into the safety interlock system.
The FabPro is Made to order, we can customise depending on your needs.
The 2 year warranty cover everything apart from consumables.
Consumables include mirrors, lenses and the laser tube.
The Fab100W laser tube has a 12 month warranty.
