Currently we deliver machines across Europe. EU, EEA, EFTA.

Brexit: Currently the CE mark and EU regulations remain valid for the GB market.

This has been extended till January 1 2023.

When ordering a machine, you machine may be delivered by us in person, or via specialised freight forwarder. 

FabCreator machines are delivered in a strong cardboard box and pallet. This ensures your machine arrives in top condition and you can easily dispose of the cardboard pallet and box in normal waste streams.  

For others orders, materials, spares etc. you order will be delivered by one of the major couriers. FEDEX, TNT, UPS, DHL etc.

It is also possible to arrange collection in person or exworks shipping with your own freight forwarder.

Shipping prices vary depending on your location and size of order. Typically the closer you are to the Netherlands the cheaper it is. 

For machine orders prices range from 100 euros to 450 euros. 

For small orders 20 euros to 50 euros is typical.

However this is subject to change, especially with the current pressure from COVID 19 and war in Ukraine.

As FabCreator machine use a variety of controllers you will receive the license key depending on the controller type. The most typical one is the DSP License Key. 

Your license key will last forever! However you will only receive updates for the first 365 days after initial activation.

All products have a 2 year warranty on the machine, excluding consumables. The laser tube warranty is 6 months with passive chiller, 12 months with active chiller upgrade.

CO2 lasers have a limited lifespan, like a halogen lightbulb they will not last forever. 

FabCreator lasers have an exceptionally long lifespan in comparison to lower quality systems however even our tubes will expire. How you look after your tube has a big impact on its life span. 

If you plan on using your machine for multiple hours a day we strongly recommend upgrading to the active chiller. Running for long periods of time with out active cooling will reduce its less span.

We accept payment via Ideal, Credit cards or direct bank transfer. When ordering a machine direct bank transfer is the preferred method.

As FabCreator machines are made to order  payment should be made in full at time of order.

We understand due to some funding arrangements there are circumstances payment is only possible after delivery.
